Storage: From the manufacturing date, the buttercream has a 2-month shelf life if unopened, or a 4-month best-before period if stored in the fridge. Refrigeration is not required, but storing in the fridge once opened is recommended.

Decorating tip: Add colour or flavour in small amounts and mix thoroughly. Smooth the buttercream on a bench with a spatula to remove air bubbles.
