Bundaberg Raw Sugar can be used as an alternative to Bundaberg White Sugar. The natural molasses content remaining in the crystal provides Bundaberg Raw Sugar with a distinctive flavour this is especially suited to coffee as well as in certain baking recipes such as Chewy Fruit and Nut Bars.
