Designed to work with Cake Art coloured icings when kneading, rolling out and buffing, as any excess can easily be brushed off or buffed into the surface maintaining the brilliant colours. For use as a dust on your bench, rolling pin or anywhere that requires a non stick result. Ideal for use with sugar pastes, perfect for fine cut outs and flower petals. This sugar blend helps to release sugarpaste from silicone moulds. Recommended to use in humid conditions to assist in creating a matt finish to cake icing.
